Deerfield Employment Solutions is excited to announce that we’re growing into two new industries and expanding our placement services.
In a challenging hiring climate, our goal is to make the process easier for both job seekers who want to find their next career and employers who are looking for great talent. We understand the difficulties that can arise during the recruiting and interviewing processes, which is why we act as a consultant and liaison, sharing our placement expertise along the way.
At our founding, our initial offerings were focused solely on providing executive placement opportunities in the accounting + finance, healthcare, and hospitality industries. Since then, we’ve identified a need to expand based off client and candidate requests. As a total staffing solution, we’re now proud to service the administrative and warehouse sectors and are offering temporary placements solutions to all industries we work with.
